Access & Delivery

GameCentralHub is a place, not a parcel. What you book is time at a premium station, a streaming room or a membership at our Warsaw café, so there's no physical product to ship. This page explains how your booking reaches you and how access works.

Nothing is shipped

Passes, streaming rooms and memberships are services used on site. We don't post hardware, discs or packages, and there are no delivery fees. If you were expecting a physical order, you're on the wrong kind of page — everything here happens at the venue.

How your booking is delivered

After you send the form, we confirm by email. That confirmation is your booking — bring it, or just give your name at the counter. There's no printed ticket to wait for and nothing to collect from a courier.

Activating your access

Your access activates when you check in at the counter. A day pass runs through opening hours and lets you come and go; a streaming room opens at your booked start time; a membership begins on the day we confirm it and runs for the month. Staff will point you to your seat or room.

Location and hours

We're in Warsaw, Poland, open daily from 09:00 to 23:00. Exact address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation so you arrive at the right door.
