Refund Policy

Plans change — we understand. Here's how refunds and reschedules work for memberships, day passes and streaming-room bookings at GameCentralHub. Because you usually pay on arrival or by invoice, much of this is about cancelling before you've paid.

Cancelling a booking

Tell us at least four hours before your booked time and there's nothing to pay — we simply release the seat or room. Just reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected].

Rescheduling

Want a different day or time instead? Reschedules are free whenever a matching time is open. Ask and we'll move your booking rather than cancel it — that goes for streaming rooms and day passes alike.

Membership

A monthly membership can be cancelled before the next cycle begins and simply won't renew; you keep access until the paid month runs out. If you paid for a month you haven't started using, tell us within the first few days and we'll refund it in full. We don't pro-rate a month already under way.

Prepaid room bookings

If you paid in advance for a streaming room or a group session, a cancellation made at least 24 hours ahead is refunded in full to your original payment method. Inside 24 hours we offer a credit for a future session instead of a cash refund, since the room was held for you.

No-shows

If a seat or room is held and nobody arrives, and we weren't told in advance, we can't refund a prepaid room. A day pass that was never paid simply lapses — there's no charge and nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email us with the name and date on your booking. If a machine fails during your session and we can't move you, we'll refund or credit the unused time. Approved refunds are returned within a few business days, depending on your bank.
